What we keep,and what we do not.

The short version
You can read this whole page in about two minutes, because there is not much to say. We collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply to you. We do not track you, we do not set cookies, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, your business or organization, your email address, and optionally your phone number. It also asks what is in the way, when you need it, and which package and extras you are considering, so the first conversation starts from something real.
Nothing on this site collects anything in the background. If you read the site and never fill in the form, we have no record that you were here.
Why we have it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call, and to write a scope and a price if you ask for one. That is the whole purpose.
If you become a client, the same details carry into the working relationship: invoices, project updates, and the accounts we set up on your behalf.
Where it goes
Into our own customer records system, which runs on popin, the platform we build and operate. Your inquiry is stored there and read by us.
We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers, or lead resellers. We do not send it anywhere it is not needed to do the work you asked about.
What this site does not do
No analytics. No advertising pixels. No session recording. No cookies, and no browser storage used to follow you between visits.
This is checked rather than asserted: a test in our own codebase fails the build if a tracking script or cookie is added to this site, so the paragraph above cannot become false without someone noticing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become work are kept while they are still useful to us, and we clear them out periodically. Records tied to actual client work are kept for as long as we have obligations around that work, including tax and accounting records.
If you want your inquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to create. An email is enough.
If you ask us to delete something we are required to keep for tax or accounting reasons, we will tell you which part we are keeping and why.
Children
This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.

Our work page links to sites we have built. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their terms, not ours.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, we will change the date at the top. We do not backdate it.
