How we work with you, in writing. Last updated October 27, 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or ask us about our services. Any work we do for you is governed by a written agreement, such as a proposal or statement of work, signed by both of us. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.
Who we are
CulTech Solutions is a Black-owned business based in Cleveland, Ohio, serving clients nationwide. You can reach us at info@cultech.solutions or (216) 983-9108.
Our services
We design and build websites and the business systems behind them, provide monthly website support, and offer business coaching. Each service is described on this site; the exact work for you is described in your written agreement.
We may use trusted subcontractors for parts of the work. They are bound by the same confidentiality, and we remain responsible to you for the result.
Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on this site are estimates, not quotes. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written agreement signed by both of us. Nothing is owed, and no work begins, before that.
Registered nonprofits may be eligible for a discount of up to 20%. We confirm registration before any agreement is signed.
Scope and changes
Your agreement sets out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, and a fixed price. If you ask for work outside that scope, we will tell you the cost and the effect on the timeline in writing first, and nothing outside the scope is built until you approve it.
Payment
Payment amounts, due dates, and methods are set in your written agreement. Monthly support plans are billed as described in your agreement for that plan.
Your responsibilities
Timely decisions and feedback keep a project on schedule. You agree to provide the materials we need, such as text, images, logos, and account access, and you confirm that you have the right to use everything you provide to us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content on your site and for your business meeting the rules that apply to it.
Ownership
Your domain, your website’s code, and your content belong to you and are set up on your accounts from the start. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Our own tools, methods, templates, and platforms, including the Popin platform, remain ours or our affiliates’. Where your site uses them, your agreement sets out how you may use them.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show work we have built for you in our portfolio.
Services from other companies
Your site may rely on services from other companies, such as your domain registrar, your hosting provider, or your payment processor. Those services are governed by those companies’ own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or their charges.
Monthly support plans
Support plans are optional. Your monthly rate is held for 12 months after your site launches.
The cancellation terms for each plan are:
Essential Website Support: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No minimum term.
Advanced Website Support: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No minimum term.
Complete Website Management: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No minimum term.
Coaching
Coaching is sold in blocks of sessions of 2 hours each. A session may be moved with at least 24 hours notice. A session missed without notice counts as used.
Coaching is guidance for your business. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work you have asked for, except where the law requires otherwise.
Using this website
You may read, share, and link to this website. You may not copy its content or design and present it as your own.
Our work page links to websites we have built for clients. Those websites belong to our clients and are governed by their own terms.
We work to keep this website accurate, but it is provided as it is, and information on it may change or be out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
