You are not buyinga website.
You are buying a working system with a website on the front. The site people land on, and the plumbing that means the lead they send actually reaches someone.
What the cheapquote leaves out.
We are not the cheapest and we are not trying to be. Here is the difference you are actually paying for.
Pick the build,see the price.
Three builds, real prices, and every one of them running on a proven platform. That is how the cost stays where it is. Anything the platform cannot do, we scope on a call.
Not sure which you need? Most people aren't — .
No mystery, nosurprise invoice.
A conversation, free
Thirty to sixty minutes. You describe the situation, we ask the questions that surface what is actually in the way. You leave with a written summary of what an engagement would look like, whether or not you hire us.
A plan you can read
Before anyone writes code, you get the sitemap, the page-by-page intent, and the fixed price. No discovery invoice for a document you cannot act on.
The build, in the open
You watch it come together on a staging link from week one. Weekly check-ins, no black box, no reveal at the end that you have to react to on the spot.
Launch, then stay alongside
We migrate, test, and ship. Then we train your team to run it, or we keep running it for you on a monthly plan. Handing it over is the default, but it is your call, not ours.
The awkward ones,answered.
Why is this more than the cheapest quote I can find?
Because you are not buying the same thing. Often you are not. A cheap site is usually a template with your logo on it and a form that emails you. We build the site plus the system behind it, the customer records, the follow-up, the thing that means a lead at 9pm is not lost by morning. And if a single page is genuinely all you need, that is $800 and we will tell you so rather than sell you more.
How can you launch in weeks when everyone else quotes months?
Fixed scope decided before we start, and a content system we have built many times. Most of the months other people quote are spent waiting for decisions and copy. We take those out of the critical path by agreeing scope upfront and, if you want, writing the words ourselves.
What if the work grows once we start?
We tell you before it grows, not after. The price is fixed in writing against a named scope. If you want something outside it, you get a number and a decision before anyone builds it.
Do I own it?
Yes. The domain, the code, and the content are yours, on your accounts, from day one. If you stop working with us you take all of it with you. We do not hold anything hostage.
What happens after launch?
Training and handover is a module, so your team can run it. If you would rather not, there are 3 monthly plans and none of them is compulsory: Essential Website Support at $350 a month, Advanced Website Support at $650 a month, Complete Website Management at $1,100 a month. The first covers hosting, updates, backups, security patching, and a real person to email. Each one after it takes on more of the ongoing work: content updates, new pages when you need them, your follow-up kept running, and a monthly report. All are cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What do you need from me?
Decisions, mostly. Time on a kickoff call, quick answers when we ask, and whatever brand material and photos you already have. If you do not have words or pictures, those are modules and we handle them.
Still not sure which one?
Book the call. We will tell you which base fits, and we will tell you if you do not need us at all.
